EUCON advocates progressive conflict mitigation methods in dispute resolution in the business world. As a non-profit organisation we are different from a firm racked by commercial interests or from companies that belong to business corporations.
That is precisely why our institute, EUCON, includes corporations, attorneys, real estate managers, representatives of the judiciary and academia as well as numerous mediators. Our Board of Directors consequently includes high calibre personalities.

EUCON promotes dissemination of the idea and concept of alternative dispute resolution and the use of so-called ADR methods (mediation in particular) in the field of business disputes.

EUCON advises conflict parties in disputes, supports them in choosing a mediator, assists them in all matters relating to the mediation process and provides the battery of legal tools required for conducting mediation proceedings.

EUCON cooperates with organisations with comparable objectives within the country and abroad, including in the US, the UK, Switzerland and Austria. Thanks to such cooperation we also have access to qualified mediators in international dispute resolution proceedings and even create the best possible framework conditions for cross-border mediation.
