EUCOn Institute Rules

In a collection published by the EUCON Institute you will find various documents and contracts that are helpful for conducting mediation and that will provide you with information about the EUCON Institute itself as competent advisors.

The collection includes a mediator's contract, the mediation agreement, the Rules of Procedure for mediation and a mediation clause for contracts and EUCON's fee table, in addition to which the collection also contains reprints of our association's model and constitution as well as ethical rules for mediators. We will send it to our members without delay at no charge.

For non-members we have to charge a contribution to cover expenses for the contract package in the amount of € 250 including VAT and plus postage. The information, the constitution and the ethical rules are basically free of charge.
